I just finished up writing a cover letter for the first time. While I was doing it, I kept getting distracted by the thought of cracking open my sketchbook and drawing just a little bit. I paged through and realized I've got a bunch of art in there I forgot I even did! Now, I'm sifting through some of my older stuff, seeing what I might want to finish or go ahead and post. I'm having a lot of fun doing it.

I haven't added descriptions to all of these yet! I'm planning on coming back to it when I'm not so frazzled, sorry ;-;

I'm gonna get some rest now, I just got back from a meeting as well, so I'm pretty tired. I'll probably hang out with the cats and play Dwarf Fortress for a bit and then go to bed.

It's nice to just post something without having to do a bunch of random work on the website. It's easy to forget that it's nights like this that I'm fighting for when I do all those little site updates. Just sitting down and making a quick impulse post while listening to the rain, watching the reflection of headlights move on the wet pavement outside my window.
