I had meant to make a post sooner, but I got caught up in a lot of stuff. I moved recently. We're still working on unpacking. I'm still busy with school as always. Also, I started playing Dwarf Fortress again, and all of these things have suffered for it (oops). Also, one of my cats was in the hospital and now we're a little in debt (so if you want to, you can donate to my gofundme, I'll link here eventually... or you can go on my kofi, which I already have up on here I thinks. Sorry, I'm writing this real fast so I don't really remember the urls off the top of my head). I'm also in the middle of switching email providers, so if you've emailed me and I never got back to you, that's probably the reason why.

I'm honestly just posting this because I miss it a little bit. I'm regrettably a blogger at heart. But moreso, I miss cohost, and writing here scratches that itch somehow (low-obligation posting about whatever I want to an audience of who cares didn't ask).

I got a bit bored of working on my audio library so I got working on a game project I've been putting off for ages. The thing that always gets me about making games is even though I'm kinda an artist and I have experience with animation, I actually kind of hate making game art a lot. I think it's mostly because I just like programming a lot more. So I always end up trudging through making art so I can make sure everything looks okay altogether. The good thing is I have a husband who is notorious (and I really mean that) for being really good at replicating styles and working with other people, and I've brought up offloading some of the work onto him, and he was like "hell yeahh!!" so, there's that. It kind of looks like this'll actually get made because I don't have to do all the parts I don't really enjoy.

Anyways, I'm sure I'm missing something important going on in my life, but I'm actually on break at work right now so I'm speedrunning writing this LOL. I'll probably hop on later and post some music. Have a peaceful week. I love you!!
